Description
Proposal Rock in Neskowin was named after Charles Gage proposed to Della Page on it around the turn of the century. Della's mother, Sarah Page, so named the rock. Atop the rock, there are some hidden trails meandering through the forest where the views are somewhat legendary. Watch the tide closely or you could get stranded.

WOW, this looks like a mix of "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Avatar". I really need to come visit this location. You have captured another stunning image of an amazing location.

Thanks, Shoal :-)) ...and yes, it truly is an amazing place, also where the ghost forest can be seen at low tide.

Beautiful image as always Krsitina. Never made it that far on either of my 2 trips. I'm already planning trip number 3 to photograph beauties like this one. Great piece.

Amazing that there's an entire separate ecosystem going on at the top of Proposal Rock. Beautiful capture, Kristina. l/fv/tw
